A fesztiválon a pálinka mellett kóstolhatunk még házi sajtokat, kolbászt, pezsgőt, bort, napijegy 1900 Ft-ért váltható, ezért kapunk pálinkáspoharat és 500 Ft-ot "fogyaszthatunk", a korlátlan belépést tartalmazó bérlet ára 3800 Ft.
Utóirat: mindeközben Londonban a gin éli reneszánszát - korianderes, citromos, nősziromgyökeres ízesítéssel.
Takes place in Castle Buda between May 5-8, the "special guest" being plum pálinka, one of which is the Plum Pálinka of the Year, made together by the best pálinka distillers in the country, in limited quantity. Pálinka is a hungaricum, a typical Hungarian fruit brandy which can be sold with this name only in Hungary and in 4 Austrian provinces. Its charasteristics are: 100% fruit brandy, with a minimum alcohol strength of 37,5%. In addition to pálinka you also can taste homemade cheese, sausages, sparkling wine and wines at the festival, with a daily ticket for 1900 Ft, which also includes a special pálinka glass and drinks in value of 500 Ft, a pass entitling for multiple entries throughout the festival costs 3800 Ft.
Update: in London meanwhile it is all about gin these days - infused with coriander, lemon and orris root.
